The Saban Free Clinic raised over $1.4 million to continue health care, dental and behavioral health services for underserved and uninsured patients in Los Angeles County at its 36th Annual Dinner Gala on November 19, 2012 at The Beverly Hilton. ABC Entertainment Group President Paul Lee received the Clinic’s Leadership Award; while Bob Broder received the Lenny Somberg Award for their generous support of the Clinic over the years. Modern Family co-creator and Emmy-award winner Steve Levitan presented the Leadership Award to Lee, and Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom presented the Lenny Somberg Award to Broder.

Emmy-award winners Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell of Modern Family hosted, with comedy by Jimmy Kimmel, and a performance by singer-songwriter Aimee Mann. Emily VanCamp of ABC’s Revenge presented a video featuring Cheryl Saban illustrating stories of Clinic patients who are now leading better and healthier lives.
